The xbible project is about putting the word of God on a low cost USB flash drive. The gives the advantage of sending a lot of information in a tiny package which keeps shipping costs nice and low. Multiple books are available which are handy for those who speak two, three or more languages.
It also means the bible can be spread to countries where the gospel is not welcome, for example much of the Islamic world. The product has the contents encrypted, and the startup process requires a password to see the content, making the product’s purpose not obvious, as there are no files kept to what it does.
